Prepare sales tax report with support of applicable contract operations.聽 Issue check request from sales tax report and submit to Controller for approval.聽 Sales tax report must be filed to the State of Texas by due date each quarter.聽Purchase Orders Process Purchase order requests for both Contract operations and IOUs from West Austin office.聽 Obtain appropriate approvals via telephone, fax and/or email and issue purchase orders for approved requests. Produce weekly and monthly reports as necessary. Liaison with accounts payable and capital accounting as necessary. Maintain hardcopy binder of purchase order activity. Other Purchase order projects as directed.Developer Reimbursements Review Tap Logs at end-of-month and update Developer Reimbursement Schedule (CAC Schedule) At end-of-quarter, verify developers are paid per their Contract Submit a check request (when necessary) and send to the State Operations Manager and Controller for approval Receive all Tap Fee checks to ensure proper coding (CIAC vs. CAC) before depositing.
